I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of the old town, allowing me to easily explore all the main squares, museums, and food places. The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The rooms were modern, clean, and tastefully decorated, with nice details like a cozy seating area in front of the TV.
Nothing to be said.

The rooms are nicely furnished, quiet, and of a good size. The hotel has character and is located on one of the town passages in the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful. Located in a pedestrian-only zone, the hotel is situated in a smart shopping complex near the city center. Guests can conveniently park at the Garage Opera. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with the option to request a room with a bath. The service is friendly and accommodating, as they promptly fulfilled a guest's request for a room change. the hotel offers a convenient location and comfortable rooms.
One negative aspect of the hotel is the inconsistent quality of the breakfast, with some guests encountering cold food and poorly maintained warming pans.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with large windows that let in plenty of light. The location was great, with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby, and it was easy to get to the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast selection could have been better, with more choices available. The fact that the hotel was located inside a shopping mall was a bit strange, and it made the check-in process a bit confusing.

We loved the central location of this hotel, right in the heart of the old town. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel is situated in an arcade, which not only keeps it sheltered from the cold weather but also adds a unique charm.
This hotel would be perfect for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We highly recommend it for a memorable and enjoyable experience.
